Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was very pleasant overall. The rooms were comfy and clean, aside from some stains on the bed skirt and carpet. I enjoyed the lovely shower and the spacious room, situated in a quiet area to the rear of the hotel, conveniently close to the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the staff was fantastic and very friendly. Despite seeming understaffed at times, they managed everything efficiently. The location was amazing, being perfect for my needs with easy access to the train station and town center. The dining experience was good, but a bit pricey at £10 each, and with limited breakfast options until 8pm. The hotel facilities met my expectations. Overall, a great stay with some minor considerations.
The hotel provided everything we needed in terms of cleanliness and comfort, but the noise from the busy road was quite disturbing, especially during peak traffic hours. The traditional style was charming but could benefit from some updates, and the lack of internet was inconvenient.
I found the hotel to be a great choice due to its brilliant location near pubs, restaurants, and the train station. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but I had trouble sleeping due to noise issues. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. However, I had some confusion with the complex road system in the area.
